Rio Grande Rift Project (EarthScope)

This scene file highlights the distribution of GPS instruments deployed as part
of the NSF EarthScope project. Data include: GPS stations from the RioGrande project (GPS_RioGrande_nolab.sd), the PBO project, both stations that are currently operational and stations that are planned to go on line in the future (GPS_PBO_planned_nolab.sd and GPS_PBO_in_nolab.sd), Locations of the 1992 Rocky Mountain Front (RMF) Passcal experiment broadband seismic stations (stas_rmf_nolab.sd), USArray seismic stations (stas-USArray_nolab.sd), and sample photos of two representative GPS stations (photo_RG12_NewMexico.sd, photo_RG16_Colorado.sd). To assist with geo-referencing we have also included an outline of the USA state borders (USA_state.sd), select town markers and town names (towns_nolab.sd, towns_nolab.sd), and topography (topo_USA.sd). Data was provided by Anne Sheehan, Professor, University of Colorado.
